Statement of Accountability
We invite you to contact us to obtain any further information that may be useful to you. The Marshall Community Foundation is fully accountable to the donors and citizens of the community.
Our records, such as, but not limited to, our 990 federal report, with the exception of specific donor gift information, are public. An independent audit is completed annually and is available upon request. The foundation will also make the Form 990-T (Exempt Organization Business Income Tax Return) available for public review for any years in which it files the form.
The Foundation's finance committee is responsible for investment and investment oversight. This information, and fees charged (administrative fees), are available to the public upon request.
