President's Message

Dear Friends,

Charles B. Cook, President The Foundation had another successful year. Despite the many challenges we faced, you remained committed; you supported those in need.

Your spirit of caring was quite evident. Our “Family of Funds” totaled 100 Endowed Funds and 37 Non Endowed Funds; assets approached $13M with a 11% return on investments. We received over 1000 gifts from individuals, families and businesses. All this enabled us to award over $203,000.00 in grants to 55 non-profit programs & projects that improved the community. Donor Advised and Designated/Agency Funds granted an additional $158,500. We also awarded over $108,000.00 in scholarships to deserving underclassmen, graduating seniors and adults.

In total, the Foundation has granted over $5M since 1993.
Grantmaking is truly the heart of our good work.

So as our “Family of Supporters” we encourage you to make a gift to your community and to your neighbors. Together we can make today better and tomorrow the best.

On behalf of the Trustees & staff, heartfelt appreciation,

Charles B. Cook
President
