The Marshall Community Foundation successfully meets the National Standards for U.S. Community Foundations administered by the Council on Foundations in Washington D.C. National Standards represents the highest measure of accountability and transparency in philanthropy.

Our Family of Funds – which total nearly 160 endowed and non-endowed funds – touch every corner of the community. From the arts to the environment, education to community development, human services to social services… the Foundation – in conjunction with people just like you – made a $743,717 impact last year through a series of grants and scholarships.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Marshall Community Foundation is to
help make the Marshall area an even better place to live, work
and raise a family.

We do this by attracting permanently endowed funds
from a wide range of donors, serving as a conduit for special projects, distribution of grants
in support of innovative
programs, while always
being mindful to carry
out the intention
of the donors.
